In June 2004 the Richmond office of the EEOC brought this suit against defendant Ted Britt Ford Sales, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Because the docket is the only available document, the nature of the suit is not known. In December 2004, the defendant filed a motion for summary judgment, which was granted in January 2005. The EEOC filed a notice of appeal in March 2005, but then filed a consent motion to dismiss in April 2005.
