In September 2006, the Baltimore and Philadelphia offices of the EEOC brought this Title VII suit against Chesapeake Bay Golf Club, LP in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. The complaint alleged that the defendant discriminated against the claimant by discharging her because of her pregnancy. The case settled by entry of a consent decree in April 2007. The terms of the agreement were to run for 1 year. The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2008.
