CONSENT DECREE approved Judge Richard W. Story that BellSouth will pay $200,000.00 in monetary relief in settlement of this case. Ms. Caldwell shall retire from BellSouth with a pension commencement date of 1/23/02. This consnet decree shall continue to be effective and binding upon the parties for a period of 12 months immediately following the entry of this decree and shall expire at the end of this 12 month period, provided that all remedial benefits have been received.
