Unfortunately, the only available document for this case is the docket and the basis for the EEOC's claim is not known for certain. The docket suggests that the case was brought under Title VII. The defendant filed for partial summary judgment on May 21, 1999, which was denied. The parties settled shortly after this denial, and the court entered a consent decree on September 14, 1999.
