Children's Rights, Inc.
Children’s Rights is a national advocacy group working to reform failing child welfare systems on behalf of the hundreds of thousands of abused and neglected children who depend on them for protection and care. Founded by Marcia Robinson Lowry, Children’s Rights began as a project of the New York Civil Liberties Union and, later, the American Civil Liberties Union. It became an independent nonprofit organization in 1995.
