Abstract In a previous article,' we discussed the progress of this case up until the time of the filing of the complaint The earlier article included a copy of the Complaint with annotations. This article is a sequel, beginning with a brief overview of the complaint and tracking the case procedurally through class action certification. This article focuses on the historic Consent Decree which culminated the case. The actual Consent Decree is included, annotated with our "behind the scenes" comments and observations in brackets. As with the first article, the purpose of this article is to provide practical assistance for those seeking to enforce Title IX mandates at the interscholastic level.
