Case Summary

The Philadelphia office of the EEOC brought this suit against Banctec Service Corp. in August 1998 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. We do not have a copy of the complaint. Through a consent order, the case was transferred to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The case was settled by entry of a consent decree. We don't have a copy of the consent decree, but it was evidently entered in April 1999.
