The EEOC's cause of action is unknown because the docket is the only document available for this case. The parties entered into a consent decree on June 22, 1999, the contents of which are unknown. The two separately intervening complainants and the defendant submitted an agreed order of dismissal in September 1999 that required the defendant to pay the intervenors $1,073.74 for litigation expenses.
