In May 2003, the Little Rock EEOC office, along with the Memphis office, brought this suit against the Saline County Medical Center d/b/a Saline Memorial Hospital in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. The decree also required defendant to post notice of Title VII rights, distribute its sexual harassment policy to all employees, and to hold a sexual harassment training session.
