On August 16, 2001, the Atlanta office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit under Title VII against Volt Telecommunications Group, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The EEOC alleged that the defendants had violated the rights of two female complainants. On September 30, 2002, the parties entered a consent decree with the court, and the court terminated the case on October 1, 2002.

We have no further information on the complaints or on the terms of the consent decree, since we have only the docket for this case
