The Memphis District Office of the EEOC brought this action in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, against Steel Coils, Inc. The complaint was filed in September 2000, and in December 2000 Defendant moved to dismiss or in the alternative for summary judgment. The motion was denied as moot in March 2001. The charging parties intervened in March 2001 and in October 2001 a settlement agreement was entered. The only document that we have for this case is the docket.
