The EEOC's Baltimore District Office brought this suit against Elion Concrete, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in September 1999. The only document publicly available regarding this case is the docket. After a failed motion to dismiss by the defendant in February 2000, the parties settled in September 2000. According to the docket, the consent decree contained an anti-discrimination clause and required the defendant to pay some monetary damages in addition to posting the decree and expunging the charging party's personnel file of references to the discrimination.
