In November 1998, the EEOC district office in Atlanta, Georgia brought this suit against Domino's Pizza, Inc., an international pizza restaurant, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The complaint is currently unavailable. After the defendant filed its initial answer and six complainants intervened, the case was settled and a consent decree was entered in November 1999. Although the consent decree is not available, the docket states that the defendant agreed to pay the complainants $75,000, train its supervisors, and post EEO notices.
