The defendant agreed to pay five complainants a total of $200,000. Four complainants received $45,000 while one received $20,000. The defendant also agreed to create an anti-discrimination policy and a complaint procedure. During the three-year consent decree, the defendant's managers would receive 6 hours of anti-discrimination training annually. The defendant was obligated to report to the EEOC regarding complaints of sexual harassment, general compliance, and training sessions.
