CONSENT DECREE and "APPROVAL" of Finding of Discrimination by AMF Bowling Centers, Inc. and STIPULATION AND CONSENT to Entry of Decree as final and binding between the parties signatory hereto. ORDERING, ADJUDGING AND DECREEING: Resolving all issues and claims arising under ADEA and Defendant will post immediately in conspicuous places the EEOC poster depicted here as Ex. A and Notice attached hereto as Ex. B; Defendant agreeds that it will immediately eliminate from Mr. Martin's employee records all documents and entries relating to facts and circumstances that led to this filing; Defendant agrees to pay to Mr. Martin the sum of $12,500.00 within 5 days of the entry of this Decree; Defendant will reinstate Mr. Martin to the position of Manager of AMF Pikesville Lanes with all the duties that that position entails at an annualized salary of $35,000.00.
