In June 1999, the EEOC district office in Newark, New Jersey brought this suit against HSF Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Cherry Hill Motors, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Although the complaint is currently unavailable, the docket states that a private plaintiff intervened in the suit. After the case was referred to mediation and the defendant filed its answer to the the intervenor's complaint, the suit was settled in March 2000. No settlement documentation is currently available.
