In May 1999, the EEOC district office in Minneapolis, Minnesota brought this suit against the Allied Automotive Group, Inc. and Allied Systems, Ltd. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. The complaint is currently unavailable, but the docket suggests that the case was brought under Title VII. After the successful intervention of the complainant, the case settled. The parties stipulated to voluntarily dismiss the case in April 2000.
