CONSENT DECREE by Judge Robert L. Echols: this Decree constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the EEOC and DuPont. This Consent Decree resolves all issues and claims arising out of the Commission's complaint in this cause, alleging unlawful employment policies and practices maintained by the deft at its New Johnsonville, TN facility and arising out of charge no. 253-99-0417 filed by the charging party, Jon Ponder, with the Commission. The parties agree that the New Johnsonville, TN plant is the only facility covered by this Consent Decree. The deft, its officers, agents, employees, and all persons acting in concert with the deft are enjoined from discriminating against a qualified individual with a disability b/c of the disability of such individual in regard to promotion and other terms, conditions, and priviledges of employment.
