In September 2003, the Philadelphia District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Jefferson Pain and Rehabilitation Center in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The only document publicly available regarding this case is the docket; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. After a couple of scheduling orders and a case management conference, the parties settled through a consent decree in March 2004.
