The only document available from PACER is the court docket, which only contains three entries. The case was resolved by consent decree in August of 1998, only two months after being filed. The docket describes the consent decree as requiring Advance Stores Company, to pay $20,000 to two male employees as well as post notice in their store located in Asheboro, North Carolina.
