In January 1999, the EEOC district office in St. Louis, Missouri brought this suit against the Batliner Paper Stock Company in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The complaint is currently unavailable, but the docket suggests that the case was brought under Title VII. After a barrage of depositions and a single settlement conference, a settlement agreement was entered and the case was dismissed in February 2000. The settlement agreement is not currently available.
