In December 2002, the EEOC district office in New York, New York brought this suit against The Imagine Group, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The complaint is currently unavailable. The docket suggests that the case was brought under Title VII. A female intervened in the case. Two weeks after the defense submitted its initial answer, a consent decree was entered in March 2003. Although the consent decree is unavailable, the docket states that there was some monetary relief. Specifically, the consent decree states that the defendant paid the aggrieved female $45,000 for damages and attorney's fees, $545.07 in interest, $70 for fees, and that the terms of the decree would run for one year.
