EEOC's San Francisco, CA office filed this lawsuit against the defendant, R.G.W. Construction in the United States District Court for the California Northern District (San Francisco) on 05/11/1998. The individual complainant intervened in the lawsuit. The case was referred for ADR twice, first for ENE and the second time for mediation, but neither saw the parties reach a settlement. The case was then referred to two magistrate judges for settlement conferences. After a settlement conference in front of the second magistrate judge, the parties filed a settlement and EEOC dismissed the case voluntarily on 05/19/1999. However, with only the docket, the allegations are not known for certain. The docket suggests that the case was brought under Title VII.
