CONSENT DECREE approved by Judge Charles A. Moye Jr. The consent decree effectuates the full, final and complete resoltion of all allegations of unlawful employment practices. In settlement, Earthgrains will tender one check in the amount of $3,000, minus all applicable statutory wthholdings, and one check in the amount of $12,000, which shall be deemed to be a payment for alleged compensatory damages, made payable to Mr. Ballard. In addition, Earthgrains will follow a "Zero-Tolerance Policy and Equality Objectives", supervisor accountability, discrimination training, posting of support and compliance with federal laws enforced by the EEOC, and shall report any charges, modifications, revocations or revisions to it discrimination policy to the Regional Attorney of the EEOC.
