The Baltimore district office of the EEOC brought this suit against Norris Automotive Holdings (dba Norris Ford) in June 2006, in the District Court of Maryland. The complaint alleged that two female employees were subjected to sexual harassment by their manager and were discharged for complaining about the harassment. The two complainants intervened in the EEOC's suit. In February 2007, the parties consented to settlement talks with a magistrate judge. A settlement conference was held in June 2007. The intervening parties withdrew from the suit in July 2007.

A consent decree between the EEOC and the Defendant was entered into in September 2007. The consent decree required the Defendant to pay $50,000 in alleged compensatory damages to each complainant. The Defendant was required to expunge the personnel records of both complainants and provide neutral reference requests. The Defendant also had to provide training to its managers and post a notice to employees.

The terms of the agreement were to run for 3 years. The docket sheet does not show any further enforcement took place; the case was presumably closed in 2010.
