In September 2003, the EEOC district office of Cheyenne, Wyoming brought this suit against M&N Equipment, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. The complaint, brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, alleged that the defendant retaliated against a male employee for reporting that his co-workers were sexually harassing a female employee. The EEOC attempted to consolidate the suit with another case, but the motion was denied. In April 2004, the EEOC dropped the suit for unknown reasons.
