Case Summary

In March 1998, the EEOC district office in Chicago, Illinois brought this suit against Cardinal Health in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The complaint is currently unavailable. Notwithstanding, after the initial complaint and answer the court denied the plaintiff's motion to compel testimony and the production of documents made in March 1999. Although the EEOC objected to the adverse ruling, the case was dismissed with prejudice in August 1999 upon stipulation of the parties to do so.
