CONSENT DECREE/JUDGMENT. This Decree is a final resolution of all of the issues raised by the plaintiffs in these cases. MMI agrees to pay $110,000.00 as full settlement for damages in back wages, conpensatory and punitive damages and attorney's fees and costs for the claims brought by and on behalf of Satie Shova and Evett Moore. Shova will receive $65,000.00 of which $15,000.00 is considered back wages and Moore will receive $45,000.00 of which $10,000 will be considered back wages. These payments will be made within ten days after MMI receives a release of claims in the form that defendants' attorneys will provide to Shova's and Moore's attorneys for signature. This decree will remain in effect for two years from the date of entry. The parties shall each pay their own
