ORDER ON UNOPPOSED MOTION TO ADD AND DISMISS PARTIES - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Add and Dismiss Parties [Dkt. 39 ]. Plaintiffs report that one of the Plaintiffs, Cassie Herr, N.P., wishes to dismiss her claims in this case and that Plaintiffs wish to "add the Individual Members of the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana in their official capacities and the Individual Members of the Indiana State Board of Nursing in their official capacities as defendants" in this case.
