Pray, Charles Nelson

Died September 12, 1963, in Great Falls, MT

Federal Judicial Service:
Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Montana
Nominated by Calvin Coolidge on January 21, 1924, to a new seat authorized by 42 Stat. 837. Confirmed by the Senate on February 8, 1924, and received commission on February 8, 1924. Served as chief judge, 1948-1957. Assumed senior status on April 10, 1957. Service terminated on September 12, 1963, due to death.
