Born April 15, 1759, in County Kerry, Ireland
Died April 18, 1827, in Winchester, VA

Federal Judicial Service:
Judge, U.S. Circuit Court for the Fourth Circuit
Nominated by John Adams on February 25, 1801, to a new seat authorized by 2 Stat. 89. Confirmed by the Senate on February 26, 1801, and received commission on March 3, 1801. Service terminated on July 1, 1802, due to abolition of the court.
