Judge, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois
Nominated by Theodore Roosevelt on March 18, 1905, to a new seat authorized by 33 Stat. 992. Confirmed by the Senate on March 18, 1905, and received commission on March 18, 1905. Service terminated on February 28, 1922, due to resignation.
