Federal Judicial Service:
Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Montana
Nominated by Dwight D. Eisenhower on March 5, 1957, to a seat vacated by Charles N. Pray. Confirmed by the Senate on March 26, 1957, and received commission on March 28, 1957. Served as chief judge, 1965-1968. Assumed senior status on February 27, 1969. Service terminated on October 8, 1990, due to death.
