Federal Judicial Service:
Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit
Nominated by Lyndon B. Johnson on August 2, 1968, to a new seat authorized by 82 Stat. 184. Confirmed by the Senate on September 13, 1968, and received commission on September 16, 1968. Served as chief judge, 1984-1991. Assumed senior status on May 31, 1992. Service terminated on April 25, 2014, due to death.
