Federal Judicial Service:
Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
Nominated by Dwight D. Eisenhower on March 10, 1959, to a seat vacated by Harold Raymond Medina. Confirmed by the Senate on September 9, 1959, and received commission on September 10, 1959. Served as chief judge, 1971-1973. Assumed senior status on April 15, 1974. Service terminated on March 11, 1986, due to death.
