Federal Judicial Service:

Nominated by Theodore Roosevelt on March 7, 1905, to a seat vacated by John J. Jackson. Confirmed by the Senate on March 14, 1905, and received commission on March 14, 1905. Service terminated on July 30, 1920, due to death.
