In September 2003, the New York District Office of the EEOC filed this lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. The charging party intervened in the suit in February 2004. Following a cross-claim by one defendant against another in November 2003 and a filing for summary judgment in March 2004, the case was voluntarily dismissed in April 2004.
