On January 21, 2004 the court referred the case to mediation. On June 23, 2004 the court entered a final judgment based on the parties agreement. The defendant agreed to pay the complainant and three other female employees a total of $32,500. The defendant also agreed to post notice of EEO rights, provide two of the complainants positive letters of recommendation, and provide training for its employees. Specifically, the defendant agreed to ensure that its current general manager would attend all training sessions while he remained employed with defendant.
