The EEOC's Atlanta office, in conjunction with its Washington, D.C. office, filed this suit on September 26, 2000. The defendant answered the complaint and otherwise participated in the case. However, after the EEOC filed a motion for summary judgment, the defendant, Metro Crime Prevention Task Force, Inc., did not respond. The motion was eventually granted on April 5, 2002. Final judgment was subsequently entered on June 14, 2002. Neither the complaint nor the judgment was available on PACER, therefore it is impossible to provide information about the violations alleged or relief obtained.
