In March 1997, the EEOC brought this suit against Saco Management, Inc. (an Arizona Corp.) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. The defendant filed a motion for summary judgment in January 1998, but the parties settled the case in March 1998. The court entered a consent decree in May 1998.

The two year consent decree required the defendant to pay $65,000 to the aggrieved individuals, refrain from discrimination, post notice, and give the EEOC four semi-annual reports. No other information is available pertaining to the consent decree or the nature of the suit.
