On September 19, 2000, the San Francisco office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against LSG Lufthansa Service Guam, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Guam on behalf of complainants who claimed that the defendants had discriminated against them.

On February 26, 2001, the parties filed a consent decree with the Court. On March 1, 2001, the Court adopted the consent decree and dismissed the case. We have no documents for this case other than the docket.
