In August 2002, the Phoenix Office of the EEOC filed this lawsuit against Matador Mexican Food Restaurant, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore, the exact allegations of the complaint are unknown. The complainants intervened in the lawsuit in September 2002. Following some discovery and a settlement conference, the parties settled the case in November 2003 through a Settlement Agreement. We do not have a copy of the settlement agreement; therefore, the exact terms of the agreement are unknown.
