On May 3, 1999, this suit was filed by the Phoenix District Office of the EEOC against Casual Corner Group in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. The only document publicly available regarding this case is the docket. Therefore, the exact allegations of the EEOC's complaint are unknown. However, it appears that the case settled very quickly. A consent agreement was entered into by the parties on May 6, 1999, only three days after the suit was filed.
