The Philadelphia district office of the EEOC brought this suit against Ruby Tuesday, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in June 1998. We do not have a copy of the complaint. Three private plaintiffs were allowed to intervene in the suit and the case was subsequently consolidated with another case against Ruby Tuesday, Inc., 98-cv-2645. The judge in the suit stayed discovery and the parties were ordered to confer on a possible settlement agreement. The parties settled with a consent decree. We do not have a copy of the decree, but it was evidently entered in June 1999.
