In August 2004, the San Francisco District Office of the EEOC filed this lawsuit against Wilsons Leather Direct Inc., doing business as Wilsons Leather Outlet, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. Following unsuccessful motions for dismissal by the plaintiff in October 2004 and the setting of a trial date, the parties settled the lawsuit through a settlement agreement in October 2005. We do not have a copy of the settlement agreement; therefore the exact remedies involved are unknown.
