In May 1997 the New Orleans District Office of the EEOC filed this lawsuit against Murphy Exploration and Production Company in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown, although the docket states that the cause is the Americans with Disabilities Act.
