In June 2001, the Baltimore District Office of the EEOC brought this lawsuit against Lagadinos, Inc., Koros, LLC, and Koros, Inc., all doing business as Double T Diner, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. We do not have a copy of the complaint; therefore the exact allegations are unknown. The complainants intervened in the lawsuit in October 2001. Following referral to mediation and the filing and answer of several complaints, the parties settled the lawsuit through a consent decree in May 2002. We do not have a copy of the consent decree; therefore, the exact terms of the agreement are unknown.
