The Milwaukee District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Continental Deli Foods, Inc., a subsidiary of Tyson Foods, in June of 1997, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. The only document available from PACER is the docket. The docket indicates that in August of 1998 the proceedings were stayed until April of 1999. The next thing to happen was a settlement conference, which took place in August of 1999. Finally, in June of 2000 the defendant moved for summary judgment, which was quickly withdrawn. Three months later when a status hearing was scheduled the parties told the court they had settled, and finally in October of 2000 a settlement was finally reached and the case was terminated.
