The EEOC brought this suit against Tarkett Domco, Inc in August 1999 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia). Only a docket is available so there is no information about the allegations made by the EEOC or the two intervenor-plaintiffs. In September 2000, the defendant offered judgment to one of the intervenor-plaintiffs, which was accepted, and the court entered judgment for the intervenor-plaintiff and awarded her $50,000. In November 2000, the court granted the defendant's motion for relief from that judgment pursuant to Rule 60(b) and vacated the judgment for the intervenor-plaintiff. The court entered a stipulation and order of dismissal with prejudice of the EEOC's claims against the defendant in December 2000. After denying the defendant's motions for summary judgment as to the claims of the intervenor-plaintiffs, the court entered a stipulation of dismissal of all claims against the defendant and closed the case in May 2001.
