In August 2000, the Birmingham Office of the EEOC brought this lawsuit against Danka Office Imaging Company Corporation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. We do not have a copy of the compliant; therefore, the exact allegations involved are unknown. The charging parties intervened in the suit in October 2000. After some discovery, the EEOC dismissed the case subject to a settlement agreement in January 2002. We do not have a copy of the settlement agreement; therefore, the details of the settlement agreement are unknown.
